    • JaySolomon8 Q: What purpose is served by Sadness or by being Sad? Solomon Says: The state of sadness is not a natural state for you to be in. You are an extension of Source and as such, come forth into your life experience from pure Joy and Harmony and Balance and Equilibrium. Once you are in your physical form, you begin to translate and interpret the vibrational content around you, and the process of your ‘brain training’ begins, so to speak, by those around you. We are sure you have noticed how close to their source little babies and children are. They act and react in the moment with no thought for consequences or the feelings of others around them but they are joyful and happy and only when their stream is somehow blocked, do they let you know! Watching the little ones is a great indicator of what we are talking about, generally. When a parent is connected to his or her own stream of conscious and deliberate co-creation, he or she is also in tune with their child and in these circumstances, the child will be raised between two strong guidance role models and will maintain a healthy and balanced connection with it’s Inner Being and it’s own Source Guidance. When you have become somehow disconnected from your Source and it feels as if your stream of well-being is closed off for you, or because you had somehow disconnected yourself, you will feel rage, anger, overwhelment, fear, etc… and all of those emotions contain an element of sadness. When you have blown your top and raged at something have you noticed how you simply want to crumple up and cry, afterwards? You feel… Sad! In other words, Sadness, as you are referring to it, is a diluted sample of the other emotions… Perhaps you could think of this wonderful play on words: Source Alignment Disconnection In other words, as soon as you begin to connect with the better feeling thoughts, and incrementally take the steps toward feeling lighter and more uplifted, the Source Alignment Disconnection begins to disperse, do you see? Sadness, like soft rain, evaporates as the sun comes out! In all things there is a reason and a season. Your own reason for sadness is personal to you, because not all the same things make the same people feel sad. Seasons can be long or short, depending upon how much of a good feeling experience you are having in each one and remember, you are the creator of your seasons, do you see? As we have said before, every cloud has a silver lining and there is much to be gained from having contrast show up in your life, for it serves to catalyse and propel you into a more uplifted state of being. We would never encourage you to stay in Sadness or any of the bad feeling emotional places for too long… Joy is always the preferred route and we do know that it is not usual for any of you to be in Joy all the time. Your life is a wonderful and colourful experience, and we say enjoy the journey from start to finish and all points in between. Sadness is not, as such, a bad thing. None of your emotions are. They are all simply vibrational levellers – or vibrational indicators that something has not felt good for you or is not feeling good right now. When you feel sad, what we would say to you is this: it doesn’t matter how you got there, just notice how you feel and ask yourself, ‘is this making me feel good? And if not, what is the thing that would bring relief from this feeling?’ Sometimes all that is needed is for you to make peace with the feeling and move through it gently. Don’t try not to feel sad, don’t get into the blame culture of ‘if it wasn’t for him, her, them, it, I wouldn’t feel this way’… simply feel how it feels and flow with it, and know that All things Must Pass and this too will pass and you are able to re-connect with your Source – and subsequently, with Joy - at all times, whenever you choose to re-connect. See it that you are only paddling in this pool of emotion for a while and when you are ready, there is a lovely warm beach there for you to step onto. If you make peace with all of those wonderful emotions within you, and see them instead as friends who are guiding you to a better knowing and understanding of who and where you are in relation to your connection with your Highest Good, or Broader Non-Physical perspective, in other words, that part of you that is calling you to more and more of the good stuff, then you will see that everything, in this way, has it’s perfect reason for being and for showing up in your life. Intend to make it a short season if it doesn’t feel so good and make it a long, hot summer if it feels really good, do you see? Be happy… you are so loved at all times and in all states of your physicality.

    • JaySolomon8 TRANSCRIPT OF CHANNELING FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T HEAR THE AUDIO: When your life is giving you evidence that your view about yourself is not a good view, you will most probably find that no matter how you try to offer words of affirmation or self encouragement, these words only seem to serve to enhance or compound the problem. This is because words alone are not enough. You can look in the mirror and say ‘I am beautiful’ or ‘I am handsome’ and ‘everybody loves me’ but vibrationally you are not feeling this about yourself and so your words do not match your vibrational feeling about yourself, do you see. Words without intention are hollow and as such have no power… We would encourage you first of all to drop the oars on the words – in other words, give yourself a break. Work instead on the feelings, in order that your energy is not split, because when you split your energy and your words are not netting you the income you are seeking, you lose heart and your self esteem/Self Worth dives even further, do you see? You will be familiar with the term, ‘walk your talk’ and do you notice how many who are saying the words that sound right are not living their lives according to their words? In other words, they are talking their talk but not walking their talk and so are not really authentic. And have you noticed how evidence of what you really think about yourself shows up as faulty cars, faulty lovers, faulty work related stuff, grouchy boss, or whatever? Even your physical body will reflect what you really think about yourself and if your words do not match your true thoughts about how you really feel about you, that evidence will show up eventually. First of all what we are here to tell you is that you are Loved. Indescribably and unconditionlally so. In ways that you cannot imagine you can be loved. Warts and all. From the perspective of Source, we see each of you as perfect and unique in your expression of physicality because we know you are physical extensions of Source and the forms that you have chosen to focus your Source Self into are also beautiful in their diversity. And knowing that, we would now encourage you to ask yourself honestly what you believe to be true about yourself and when you’ve finished beating yourself up (!) to then find some words that feel good to you…and if you cannot find a single thing about your physical body or your inner being that you like, and we know there are many of you out there who feel this way, find something else in your life that you can appreciate – even if it’s your lovely cat or dog or hamster or goldfish. Appreciate that you can’t be all that bad because you attracted to you a wonderful animal who loves you and wants to be in your life, and feel the appreciation in that true statement. Then find one other thing that you actually like, that makes you feel good and realise that you cannot experience anything in your life that you have not drawn to you. And know that That which is like UNTO ITSELF is drawn and we want you to hear those words again, LIKE ITSELF. AND SO IF A GOOD THING HAS APPEARED IN YOUR LIFE, it is because a good thing – YOU – has magnetized it into being by your very goodness, you see. When you realise that there are more good things in your life THAT YOU HAVE DRAWN THERE by your matching vibrational goodness and, by the way, by Default, and when you realise that you are a Magnificent Co-Creator of your own reality, you will also realise how much more you can be and do and have when you are a DELIBERATE AND CONSCIOUS Co Creator. So then, you can begin to use words of encouragement to yourself, on a daily basis. Feel how it would feel to actually feel good about yourself and to believe the statements you are making. You don’t have to get there in an instant, but you could. You would not attempt to jump to the top of Everest in one movement, so why assume that shifting a mass of emotional false premise would be any easier? Part 2 We would suggest perhaps some words along the lines of, ‘Ok I’m not so bad… because my cat likes me and well I was kind to my mother yesterday and made her smile. Oh, and I am really good arranging flowers in a vase and I can clean windows until they sparkle like nobody else I know can. And then of course I can bake great cakes, and I love it seeing a beautiful blue sky and sunshine, and I love seeing how simple things please some people, and now I am beginning to feel a little better. Incrementally you will realise that your words are now ringing with the vibration of truth, your truth and you will believe your words and you will feel them. When you match words with feelings you create a vibrational frequency that radiates out into the Universe and this is the initial stage of Manifestation – Do you know that this frequency is the energy vibration that creates worlds and Yes, you really are THAT powerful when you are in your Vortex of Well Being and Good Feeling, and aligned with your Source. You see, words alone are not enough, they have to be infused with intention and with believability and with feeling. When you get that this stuff works and as you practice this appreciation on a daily basis you will begin to also attract evidence of its efficacy and effectiveness. It is the Law of Attraction in Action, so to speak. When you appreciate all the good stuff around you, even if at first it’s only one thing, then two and so on, you will begin to realise that your vibrational energy has moved and shifted to a more comfortable perspective and to a place where all your insecurities about yourself don’t seem so big anymore… and as you realise that you truly do have the power to change how you see and feel about things, and the results thereafter, you will begin to look at yourself differently and more favourably. You will align more and more with your Inner Being, with your Source and as you do this more and more, you will feel the deliciousness of expansion and the true Beauty of You. … and NOW you are ready to affirm with words that you can really feel, that you are beautiful, that it matters not that your hair has receded, or you arms are too wobbly, or your bum looks big in everything - because you will feel the beauty of your Inner Being and then you will shine like a beacon to all around who will not fail to be attracted to you… And you know what is great about this? Your outer casing begins to change and reflect this as well!

    • JaySolomon8 Jay’s question: Solomon, why is it that when something really, really good happens – something I’ve wanted for a long time – I have a thrilling experience followed by a few days when I feel really ‘down’. I call this my ‘down-time’, and I can see that I need to recover from the experience as it is not an every-day thing, but how can I deal with this better? After such a period, things just look grey and depressing, to put it bluntly… Solomon Says: You have felt what is feels like to move into the place of the expanded version of You, is what it is. When you have sent forth your strong desire, or wish/prayer as you refer to it, in other words, when you have launched your desire into orbit and you have offered the words, ‘Dear Universe or Dear Solomon or Dear Source’ or whatever you call us, ‘I would dearly love to experience this or this or this next’… and of course as we always say to you, we answer immediately and your stuff shows up and is there in your own version of the Universal Argos or supermarket. As you also know, what you then have to do, your work in other words, is to align yourself with receiving… to get into the place of allowing this wonderful experience to flow to you. What we notice with you however is that you launch your desire, you KNOW that it is given instantly, and then you get into the place of allowing for a while and you feel the champagne bubbles of exhilaration that you always feel when you are in your place of having manifested that which you have set forth… And then out of this lovely place of good feeling, you launch even bigger desires because you have been inspired by the experience which now feels as if it is already in your past experience, do you see? And so you launch further desires to have more of this good feeling experience, but in the movement from where you are to where you want to be, you become sidetracked and distracted by other things that are going on… and you even try to take the action journey – because you are impatient! - to make your good thing happen more quickly, and so in this sidetracking, you are moving in and out of your alignment place and moving in and out of your Allowing place, do you see? And so when you are in the place of disallowing for long enough – and it doesn’t take long! – more thoughts that are like the ones you are beginning to think join in and then more and more join in, and then evidence quickly begins to show up for you that your negative place is all there is. And your dialogue is something like this: ‘Well, Solomon, I asked and I’m patiently waiting and I’m getting on with things and staying in this good feeling place. But it’s taking a while Solomon, do you think maybe I should just give so and so a call and maybe I should just ask my husband what is going on in his opinion, and maybe if I just wrote to so and so… And so on. And very quickly, you have moved from inspired action, which is born from feeling in alignment, to the place of action, which comes from fear and doubt… But we know that you know this is not the true picture. This is just you sliding down the emotional scale because something that distracted you has caused you to be in a place of non-alignment, momentarily. And what we notice is that you pay attention to others’ needs sometimes more than your own – from this feeling of disconnection and frustration - and what we encourage all of you to do is to be more attentive to your own inner being. If it means checking the compass every two minutes, then do it, because nothing matters more than that you feel good, do you see. It is from the good feeling place that all of your stuff flows to you more quickly… because in that vibrational place of being, you shine very brightly and we can see you. The place of resistance causes you to switch off your light, so to speak… Part 2 When your daughter was very small, do you remember what you taught her to do when you were out shopping in a busy place? She loved to go off and explore and discover things for herself and you were happy to allow her to do that, knowing that she was always protected and trusting that she had her own stream of guidance that would allow her to be in a place that was safe and not allow her to be in a place that was not safe? And do you recall how you would say to her, ‘darling, don’t lose me, will you? And if you do, then stand still in the middle of the store and shout as loudly as you can, MOMMY, and I will come and find you. Don’t move from that spot, and I will always find you and nobody else will be able to take you from there if you don’t move and you just keep shouting”… and this worked, didn’t it? Every time! She felt the responsibility not to ‘lose you’ – in other words, what you were teaching her was to stay in alignment with her Source, which at that time was reflected in you. And once she got that, she felt safe enough to explore her own world and to stay safe by knowing that all she ever had to do was to shout out for Mom and Mom would find her… Excellent example and illustrates what we are saying to you, now. There are many ways in which you can realign yourself, very quickly. Once you are feeling bad enough that you really know you are off track with your inner being and subsequently with your source, make a conscious and deliberate decision to find relief. Do not beat yourself up by a punishing schedule of housework, or shopping for the dinner ingredients in order that you might make someone else feel better, although that is not a bad thing, but if you are doing it for another, and not for yourself, initially, you will feel the drag of no energy, do you see? Your energy will quickly be spent, because you are burdening yourself with guilt… and you are expending your energy through guilt on behalf of someone else instead of expending your energy on filling you up again! Do you get that? In other words, ‘I feel bad and so now I don’t feel like I have ‘earned’ something good for myself, but because I felt bad this morning and now I’ve made my lovely husband feel bad, I will try to make things feel better and I will go out get him a nice bottle of wine and make him a nice dinner and clean the house so that when he comes home it will look great’. And so you spend all day cleaning and shopping and cooking and then he comes home and you are spent! Too tired to enjoy the evening and back to square one you go again! When you are coming from the place of guilt and not feeling good about yourself, we would encourage you to find easier routes back to alignment! Because when you have done things that make you happy, you not only have a surge of energy again, you also do things that make sure you rendezvous with others who are uplifting… how many times have you popped into the library or coffee shop, on an inspired action thought, or whim and found that the person you spoke to in there was needing what you said to them, or vice-versa? Those are the rendezvous that are the most expanding and then when hubby comes home you have something of worth and value to tell him, other than how many bags of dust you vacuumed up today, and whether or not you cooked the potatoes in the oven or on the hob, do you see? So, next time this thing happens, stop and think ‘what would truly make me feel a little better? What can I do that will make me feel excited and eager and content and happy again?’ And find that thing and make sure you are doing it only for you. For as we have said many times before, if you are not a full vessel you have nothing to give another anyway! Only when your cup is overflowing do you have excess to share, do you see? So in conclusion, we would say to you ‘focus on streaming your experiences in a way that is more seamless” and we know this takes practice and what we also want to say is that it doesn’t matter if your life zigs and zags and meanders a little. That is just how life is sometimes, and all of it is experience, but what you can do is make peace with all of those things and enjoy even the down times, for they are valuable in their own way… You are all beautiful stars and you all glow in your own orbit and your own light adds to the Universal Whole and always will You are so loved.
