ecohealth2003About the photo uploaded here:
In 1984, I attended a silent mediation retreat, on Koh Samui (island), Thailand.
at 4 a.m. each morning, a gong would sound,
followed by nuns entering our dorms, carrying lanterns,
to light the path to the beach.
After two hours of meditation on the sand,
feeling the sun rise and the light breeze on our faces,
this is one of the scenes that would greet our eyes.
