fürthkaffeeWell it's washed and unwashed, because it comes from the Kercha Inshe Coop, where some of the smallholders apply the washed process and some don't and choose to sun dry the coffee cherries before liberating the bean inside, which admittedly is slightly unusual for african/ethiopian coffees. The result though, I feel, is a very pleasant mixture of fruity-ness, sweetness and a full body.
