Picking up voicemail on the train
Thanks. I like that about this recording, too. I was wearing the Roland binaurals when I picked up the message. They did a good job of getting the ambient sounds of the train; the doors opening and closing and that bassy rhythm of wheels on the tracks...
Good recording, really like the balance between the sounds on the train and what's being heard on the phone.
This recording was made by Felicity Ford, as part of the sound-diaries UK SoundMap project. For more information, see http://www.sound-diaries.com

A retrospective edit of my earlier comment: <s>root mean square</s> inverse square of the distance Catholic light.. love it!
Lapsed? I call it Catholic Light...I should know because I have my Card and Tatoo. :D My Best Friend said (we're both Catholic Light) he felt gulty about a recent issue with a buddy...cause of the Catholic Guilt thing. I said "I gave up feeling Guilty for Lent" :D He laughed and asked if he could use it. Lee
@JustASunGod Heh... that would be an ecumenical matter.
