NYCOliveI miss you!! 1) This photo is not an accurate representation of me, and if it is, I look a whole lot better in my head!
2) Vintage shopping - the shop was amazing and the prices were low. I will attempt to save for your arrival but I'm on so little money that saving ain't really plausible
3) Beach = HAMPTONS BABY! Don't you watch Sex and the City?
4) I memorised David Francis Munro's word, like I do with all great poets.
5) Card took about a week.... xxxxxxxx
anakin1814Me too!! That walk was one of many highlights on that trip!
andymoosemanKen: Wanderlust begins at home. If you get into the habit of doing it in your own backyard, you'll be more likely to do the same on your travels.
I remember that beach walk that myself & Gary took in Cambria. I'm so glad that i got out & did that walk.
andymoosemanGary: We all have places near us that are worth exploring & sometimes it takes a little imagination to seek them out, or to even realise that they are worth exploring. Even those familar places may be worth taking a closer look at.
There is interest & wonder all around.
Good point about the Internet being a possible tool to seek places out. There really is no excuse now is there?
I miss those old fashioned responses too. It's a pity that it doesn't seem possible to do a straight response Boo here. I've had a couple of occasions already when i'd like to have responded directly to somebody. This being one of those times.
