I think it's about striking the balance between the physical and virtual and making sure that the tools and virtual worlds we use and inhabit act as a support and enhancement of the physical not a replacement for it, not a way to form cliques and obfuscate the technology. Always a big theme for me and my ears (my hairy, smelly, physical ears) always prick up when I sense someone wrestling with it. Need to talk man, you know where I am, anytime.
