They just do their thing - have a normal Ryan/Jeff, Jeff/Ryan conversation after 30 seconds they are in private-mode and it is as voyeuristic (what's the word: eavesdroppingly? audio-lurkish? ) as it gets, but still AWESOME to listen to.
