EssexPoliceUKPolice will now have extra help catching criminals in Basildon Town Centre, thanks to a new police radio that has been installed in the CCTV control centre. The radio will give CCTV operators a direct link to the Essex Police incident room, and enable them to talk to officers in Basildon directly through their airwaves.
