Oh, i was going to suggest something that may help your progress... start jogging! Ive been running now for the past 4 weeks with my Dad, whos 62 and has never run in his life before! We run 3 times a week, around the park.. only about 1.5 miles.. somtimes, walking and sometimes jogging.. building it up as we go.. and im sure if you gave it a go it would help you too... the amount of natural feel good endorphins it gives you is amazing... have you ever considered it?
