KateSherrodTerribly funny story, by the way! My first serious bike was a police department special - a recovered bike that had been in impound for years. My worst friend Chilly, #2 at the water and sewer department, spiffed it up and it was good as new and I rode it to death over the next several years.

The package is about the bin stealing crime wave that has been occurring in Coventry and other parts of the UK for the past few years. Funny enough several months later i too became a victim when our bin was stolen from our student house in Hilfields, Coventry.
