coffeemumbojumboThese are two beans/drinking experiences one simply cannot compare! Both are great! The enriching culinary experience I derived from tasting the Yirgacheffe blew me away. The Tunki is gorgeous too especially when you are after balanced acidity up front followed by a real dark choc finish. The Yirgacheffe does not have any choc notes. It enchants with refreshing concentrated strawberry sweetness and a mellow coffee finish - Both are unique. Knowing both beans means one can make a choice depending on what flavours one happens to be in the mood" for! :)
