DocumentallyCheers for the comment Nik. You summarize and put it very well indeed.
__loudmouthmanIt is a demonstration of the evolving sense of data which we as humans are experiencing as we extend our communication tools into forms which can be transferred electronically via the tools we carry. You became the centre of transition for many people because of your own evolved sense of the need for information irrespective of your situation. Those that moved towards you sought that information. Very much they way we are drawn towards warmth and food and community.
WhitemanThanks for this boo, it chilled me to the bone! God help us if we ever forget the horror of Auschwitz!
Cup_Of_JoeI recorded this Audio Track while visiting in Poland. Our mission team has finished working in Lodz, Poland for the week and was heading to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp where many Jews were killed during the war. We were riding on a train that presumably could have been running on the same tracks that many rode on. Having just been immersed in reading one survivor's account in the book "Night' it was eerie to listen to the rhythm of the tracks under the weight of the train and even more so when the train abruptly came to a stop a few times - out in the country. This was an overwhelming experience to visit this camp and realize the level of Evil that took place.
soundmapMany thanks as ever, your recording's now on the UK Soundmap.
