frankstaI too shall not change my coding habits since they are fully compatible with HTML 5! I agree writing in XHTML is more structured and still makes the most sense to learn and practice.

jackmcdadeThat's great customer service. I've had a similar situation with the opposite result. I posted a really bad experience with a webhost (Eleven 2. Take that.) on Twitter, and got yelled back at. The called me retarted and an insignificant client. Solid work. Problem was never alleviated either. I may not have as many followers as you Paul, but it shouldn't matter. Bad form.
