BFBSMajor General Bill Moore is the man in charge of directing battle space manoeuvres for the MoD, which looks at helicopters, navy shipping and Typhoon Jets.
It’s a high profile role, but along side that General Moore also heads up the Army’s equipment programme as the Master General of Ordnance, including leading the counter IED effort and the urgent operational requirement for Afghanistan.
