DeanRead Thanks Mac, i'm just catching up on Boos after a break in Wales so have only just heard this. We do have the same thoughts/doubts about interviewing, I think your right when you say that others would advise to just go with it. practice makes perfect as they say so i'm just going to keep going with it and see where it goes. thanks again

omaniblog I don't know what to say - except perhaps that it's wonderful we have this place (Audioboo) to have this conversation... Like anyone of my age - who's spent ages talking with others - I could produce a book on this topic... It's so rich - from how curiosity is a wonderful trait... to how useful it is to have more than one golf club in the bag (questions being a pitching wedge). Keep the conversation going...
