RucksackRose Don't be downhearted Dean. If it helps, I wouldn't have been able to do 7 solid days of such tough walking. I have to factor in rest days at intervals which usually increase as I warm up & I also do exercises as I go to try and prevent tendon injury which is all too common among trail walkers. The hills will definitely wait!
