ColtSeaverspsml! classic :D made me chuckle hard! hope they're gone! only cure that works for me - just diaphragm control and patience - usually gets rid of them quick - ie I breath out completely, or in completely, and then try and clench all the muscles around the diaphram and hold it for 30 seconds........works for me, but is hard to explain.
