ajsbigboo Hey I'm with ya man-I haven't had a smoke since Jan. 9th 2010. The way I'm doing it is not to tell myself that I quit, I just tell myself I'm just not having one right now and continue each day like that. If you have a hobby, now is the time to pick it up again. I write poetry, do crafts, and take photos and make art out of them. This seems to keep my hands busy at least, the rest is just mind-over-matter. Good luck-hope you kept up with it.
